At Your Best as a Mason

Masons use bricks, concrete blocks, and/or stones to build structures – walls, foundations, walkways, fences, chimneys, or floors – that last. Brickmasons and blockmasons use brick, concrete block, to build and repair structures.

Cement masons place and finish concrete for walls and sidewalks, or to make concrete beams, columns, and panels.

Stonemasons build stone walls and set stone exteriors and floors using natural-cut and artificial stone.

Terrazzo workers create decorative walkways, floors, patios, and panels by pouring, leveling, and finishing the underlying concrete and then create decorative finishes by blending in materials.
